Shipping – Canada

All orders are shipped from Washington DC via preferred international carriers and include shipping, insurance, customs & brokerage charges. ADIA offers 3 shipping options for Canadian customers:

• Standard – To get standardized shipping pricing please obtain a quote from ADIA prior to ordering. Items will be received in about 8 to 20 business days upon receipt of order *
• Expedited – Generally, items will arrive in 3 to 5 days. *
• Rush – Generally, items will arrive in 1 to 2 days. ** Note that all items require evaluation by Canadian customs. Neither Edvotek nor ADIA can guaranty shipments will be cleared in a set time period. Although most shipments clear customs quickly, shipments may be delayed.

Payment Terms: Net 30 Days.

Orders processed by Purchase Orders (for public schools), Visa & MasterCard, Electronic transfer (if registered prior to order).

All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars.

Instructions are provided with each product, MSDS are available.

Claims for missing items, shipping damages or losses must be made within 15 days of receipt. Noticeable damages must be noted on waybill at time of receipt.

Perishable Items
Some kits and packages contain perishable items and require special storage by the customer once received. For items requiring wet ice during shipment a surcharge applies.

Live Materials
Note that some live items may be restricted by Canada customs and may not be able to be delivered to customers in Canada. Please contact us prior to order for clarification.

Conditions

Edvotek products listed in this catalogue are for educational use only. These products are not to be used for diagnostic or drug purposes, nor are they to be administered to, or consumed by, humans or animals.

Warranty
Edvotek warrants the materials it sells to meet Edvotek’s performance specifications in effect at the time of shipment. Edvotek cannot accept responsibility for user modification, abuse, improper maintenance or lack of equipment. Edvotek’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of defects or the replacement of the product at its option. All claims made under the warranty must be presented to Edvotek within 30 days of delivery for consideration.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise. Edvotek makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances, either consequential, compensatory, incidental or special, sounding in negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty or any other theory, arising out of the use of the products in this catalogue.
